This research aims to analyze the effect of firm size and firm value on underpricing both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is the explanatory survey method, which aims to test hypotheses. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and 26 samples were obtained from a population of 28 companies listed in the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) in the primary consumer goods sector that conducted IPOs between 2019 and 2022. The results of this study indicate that both firm size and firm value do not have an effect on stock underpricing, both partially and simultaneously. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian verifikatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pegawai. Dengan jenis teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel apabila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 74 orang Pegawai. Kemudian diuji dengan pengujian Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan Program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Budaya Organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Motivasi Kerja. Motivasi Kerja merupakan variabel intervening atau memediasi pengaruh antara Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. <br /><br /><strong><em>ABSTRACT </em></strong><br /><em>This study was conducted at the Human Resources and General Bureau of the Jakarta Business Competition Supervisory Commission to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at the Human Resources and General Bureau of the Jakarta Business Competition Supervisory Commission. This type of research is verification research. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees. With the type of saturated sampling technique, namely the sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The number of samples in this study was 74 employees. Then tested by testing the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.0 Program. The results of this study explain that Organizational Culture does not have a positive effect on Employee Performance. Work Motivation has a positive effect on Employee Performance. Organizational Culture has a positive effect on Work Motivation. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pasien pada Medical Check up di RSUD Ciawi. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan dengan koefisien regresi kualitas pelayanan bernilai positif sebesar 0,107, artinya setiap kualitas pelayanan bernilai 1, maka kepuasan pasien sebesar 0,107. Dan berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinasi besarnya nilai korelasi (R) sebesar 0,481 dan R Square sebesar 0,231. Hal ini berarti 23,1% variabel kualitas pelayanan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kepuasan kerja, dan sisanya sebesar 79,6% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk kedalam penelitian ini. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung (2,903) > t tabel (2,052), yang berarti dapat disimpulkan H₀ ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bahwa uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima, yang menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien pada medical check up di RSUD Ciawi. </p> <p><em><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></em><br /><em>This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction and how much influence service quality has on patient satisfaction at Ciawi Hospital. The result of this study is that Service Quality has a positive effect on patient satisfaction at Medical Check up at Ciawi Hospital. Based on the results of the simple linear regression test, it shows that the regression coefficient of service quality is positive by 0.107, meaning that every service quality is worth 1, then patient satisfaction is 0.107. And based on the results of the coefficient of determination, the correlation value (R) is 0.481 and R Square is 0.231. This means that 23.1% of the service quality variable can be explained by the job satisfaction variable, and the remaining 79.6% is explained by other factors not included in this study. The results of the hypothesis test obtained the value of t count (2.903)> t table (2.052), which means that it can be concluded that H₀ is rejected and Ha is accepted. Salah satunya berdampak pada bidang transportasi. Karena, transportasi merupakan alat yang digunakan bahkan yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk kegiatan sehari-hari masyarakat dalam melakukan aktivitasnya atau digunakan untuk muatan barang dari suatu daerah ke daerah lain. Hal ini tentunya dapat berdampak pada suatu kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Sehingga, penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis rasio keuangan pada sub-sektor transportasi yang diukur dengan menggunakan rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio profitabilitas, rasio aktivitas dan rasio nilai pasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan transportasi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2023. Dengan penarikan sampel menggunakan metode <em>purposive sampling</em>. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan sub-sektor transportasi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2019-2023. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis komparatif. Uji komparatif dilakukan dengan uji normalitas, uji t-<em>Test</em> dan uji <em>Wilcoxon</em>. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rasio keuangan pada sub-sektor transportasi sebelum dan sesudah pandemi Covid-19 periode 2019-2023 dengan variabel rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio profitabilitas, rasio aktivitas dan rasio nilai pasar. Yang masing-masing diukur dengan <em>Current Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, Return on Assets, Total TurnOver </em>dan <em>Price Earning Ratio</em>. Data yang telah diuji menghasilkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum & sesudah pandemi Covid-19.</p> <p><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p> <p><em>The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on several economic sectors in Indonesia. One of them has an impact on the transportation sector. Because transportation is a tool that is used and is really needed for people’s daily activities in carrying out their actvities or is used to load goods from one area to another. This can certainly have an impact on a company’s financial performance. Thus, this research is aimed at analyzing financial ratios in the transportation sub-sector wich area measured using liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, activity ratios and market value ratios. This type of research is descriptive comparative with quantitative appoarch. The population in this research is transportation companies registered on the IDX for the 2019-2023 period. By drawing samples using the purposive sampling method. The data used in this research are financial reports of the transportation sub-sector listed on the IDX for 2019-2023. The data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis and comparative analysis. Comparative tests were carried out using the normality test, t-Test and Wilcoxon test. The results of the research show that the financial ratios in the transportation sub-sector before and after the Covid-19 pandemic for the 2019-2023 period include the variables liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, profitability ratio, activity ratio and markel value ratio. Each of wich is measured the Current Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, Return on Assets, Total Assets TurnOver and Price Earning Ratio. Hal ini membuat bisnis dapat mengembangkan usahanya dengan memasarkan produk secara luas. Oleh karena itu, review memberi pelanggan tingkat kepercayaan yang lebih tinggi daripada komunikasi seperti iklan. Keputusan pembelian konsumen yang tinggi dapat menghasilkan peningkatan volume penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan electronic word of mouth dengan keputusan pembelian Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Pada Pengguna Media Sosial Tiktok. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif dengan responden Mahasiswa Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pakuan yang menggunakan media sosial Tiktok. Pemilihan responden dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dengan total 100 responden berdasarkan pada perhitungan rumus slovin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, dari variabel electronic word of mouth (X) dengan variabel keputusan pembelian (Y). Berdasarkan perhitungan hasil SPSS 25, bahwa diperoleh korelasinya sebesar r = 0,644 yang berarti adanya hubungan Kuat. Maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Kemudian koefisien determinasi keseluruhan dapat diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 41,47% yang artinya electronic word of mouth berkontribusi sebesar 41,47% dan sisanya sebesar 58,53% disebabkan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.</p> <p><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p> <p><em>One of the companies (F&B) that uses Tiktok social media promotion is Mixue Ice Cream & Tea. This allows businesses to develop their business by marketing products widely. Therefore, reviews provide customers with a higher level of trust than communications such as advertising. High consumer purchasing decisions can result in increased sales volume. This research aims to determine the relationship between electronic word of mouth and the decision to purchase Mixue Ice Cream & Tea among Tiktok Social Media Users. This research uses quantitative associative research with respondents from Management Students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Pakuan University who use social media Tiktok. The selection of respondents was carried out using a purposive sampling method with a total of 100 respondents based on the Slovin formula calculation. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and the data analysis method used descriptive analysis. The research results show that, from the electronic word of mouth variable (X) to the purchasing decision variable (Y). Based on the SPSS 25 calculation results, the correlation obtained is r = 0.644, which means there is a strong relationship. So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.
